Violet Valley was created as a solution to a problem. Our client Melissa Frances creates wonderful scrapbooking and home decor products of exceptional quality. Over the course of our relationship, we grew to learn a lot about her business. With her being a manufacturer that sells to retailers, we found that there was a lack of availability of her products to the general public. An average customer would have to call her office to find a local store that carried her product, and be lucky if the store was even in the same state! Melissa also did not want to start her own retail store as this would dilute her focus of selling to other retailers. As a result, Violet Valley was created and launched in January of 2006.

Violet Valley is an online retail store that offers the world exposure to the entire Melissa Frances scrapbooking line as well as the entire Heart and Home home décor line.

Although Violet Valley is operated by Thirdcircle, it is just another example of the type of products we create. The site focuses on usability with its easy search features, very usable shopping cart, and very friendly interface. The site is fully administered using our Fandango WMS for order fulfillment and even integrates a bar code scanner!
